RETURNS

If you are not happy with the product you purchased, you can return the product to us, as long as you do it within 14 days from receiving it. In order to receive the refund, you must return the product to us with tags attached (and unopened, if possible), unless it is being returned due to a fault.

If you cancel your order before the products have been dispatched, we will cancel the transaction and refund you the sums you paid for the products. If you wish to return the products after you have received them, you must return them to us in order to receive your refund. We will refund you the full price you paid for the product (including delivery costs where applicable), normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds will be processed without undue delay.

Please note that you have 14 days to cancel your Contract with us from the date you receive the products from us, unless the product is being returned due to being faulty. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item and we will provide details of where to send it to.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we may ask for more information to verify the purchase and better assist with your request.

Do you take everything back?

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but in some cases, we cannot accept a return.

Is there a time limit?

Please initiate a return or contact us within 14 days of purchase to make an exchange or return. After receiving a shipping label, the product must be shipped within 14 days of initial purchase.

What if the item is used?

We will do our best to take care of you and treat you fairly. We ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time, we may not accept a return.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We are so sorry you’ve had this experience, and we want you to contact us immediately to make things right. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, as needed.

When will I get my refund?

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Can I return a gift card?

What do I do if I’m not satisfied with the product colour?

We make every effort to display images on our website that reflect the colour of the product received as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see on our website will depend on a number of factors, such as the type of monitor you use and your display settings. We do not guarantee that the display of any colour will be accurate. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products you purchase on the website, please contact us.
